Interior Redesign
Interior Redesign is the art of using your existing furnishings to create a fresh, brand new look in just one day. Through creative placement of your furniture, lighting, art work and accessories, your space will be transformed into a completely different room. With your permission, we will “shop” other rooms of your home for treasures that will enhance the room we are working on. When the redesign is complete, we will provide you a detailed plan, if needed, of optional finishing touches for the room….perhaps an area rug or a new picture or lamp.
Consultation ( 1 hr ) $75 per hour
Your Redesign begins with an in-home consultation.  We will discuss what you like and don't like about the space, what's working and what isn't, and how you would like to see the room look, feel and function.
Hands-on Redesign (typically 4–5 hrs ) $300 per room
On the day of the Redesign, we will carefully remove most or all of the furnishings and accessories from the room.  This will allow us to clearly see the shape, size and angles of the room as well as the focal points and architectural features.  We will then bring the furniture, lighting, art work and accessories back into the space – layer by layer - to create your customized look, keeping in mind your needs and goals for the room.

Color Consultation $75 per hour
Would you like to add color to your home and are just not sure how to do it?  Would you like to change your color scheme and are overwhelmed by the thousands of colors from which to choose?  We will assist you to create a customized color palette for your home that will be visually appealing and feel great, too.

Real Estate Staging
NEW SERVICE! Staging of Vacant Properties  
This effective service is customized for your needs. Do you prefer a full home staging? Or, do you prefer a "light" staging, focusing on key areas of importance to buyers? Not sure? Simply Amazing Rooms can help. We provide solutions with affordable pricing that will help you sell your vacant property quicker for more money.

The staging services below are offered for occupied properties/houses:
Consultation ( 2 hrs) $200
During the consultation we assess the property thoroughly, starting with curb appeal and ending with the backyard/deck, using a national scoring system. We recommend key actions that should be taken to prepare the house for sale. We identify the top five positive features to accentuate and prioritize the top five opportunities for improvement. The detailed results of the evaluation are shared verbally with the homeowner as we walk through the home room by room.
Written Plan of Action ( for the “Do-It-Yourselfers” ) $150
After the Consultation step is completed, we summarize our findings in a comprehensive written report and email it within two days of the Consultation.  In addition to the top five strengths and weaknesses, the report includes a detailed, prioritized checklist of recommendations to make each room look and feel its best through furniture placement, art work positioning and accessory editing.  We also provide creative tips and suggestions to help your house “upstage” the competition. 
Optional Return Visit ( 2 hrs ) $150
We offer an Optional Return Visit prior to the first showing or open house to add professional finishing touches and provide solutions for any last minute staging needs.
Hands-on Staging Half-day $350/Full day $500.
After the Consultation, on the day of the actual staging, we concentrate on core areas (Kitchen, Family or Living Room, Dining Room and Master Suite).  We highlight the best features of the house, enhance spaciousness and develop a cohesive feel; we edit and update furniture, lighting, art work and accessories.  Emotional connection points are created throughout the house to help the buyer visualize what it would be like to live there.  The end result is a “model-home” look and feel….appealing, warm and inviting.

Additional Services Available $50 per hour
Professional Shopping
If an opportunity to add something new to your customized space arises, perhaps an area rug, picture, lamp or accessory, we will shop – with your budget in mind – to find the perfect finishing touch for your room.
De-cluttering and Organizing ( 2 hrs minimum)
If you are preparing your home for sale, clutter should be removed and organized to give your house a spacious feeling and make a great first impression. Or, perhaps you would like to be organized and don’t have the time or feel overwhelmed just thinking about the task. We will save you time and help get your closets, pantry or basement organized.
Seasonal and Holiday Decorating ( 2 hrs minimum )
Are you planning a party or event and want your home to look extra-special?  Would you like help with your fireplace mantel or book shelves to give them a new, seasonal or special holiday look?  We will help you achieve the look or “wow!” factor that you are striving for.
